Buying at madrid-shop.cn is very simple and safe. Follow these steps to place your first order with us.

- Fill in your details.
- Choose the shipping method.
- Choose the payment method.
- Finalize your purchase by registering in Madrid-shop or as a guest.
- You will receive an order confirmation email.

If you have ordered multiple items with one order and madrid-shop.cn only sends you a few items, don't worry, this may be due to inventory conditions. Your products may be divided into multiple packages and shipped separately. You can contact customer service via customer support email to further resolve your issue. Shipping and Receiving
