I use it every week for sports. Very good shirt, breathable and made of a fabric made for sport. Comfortable. The size fits the one I usually wear, I'm 1,86 and weigh 72 kg, although I usually wear the L in sportswear, I always ask for the M so that it fits as tight as possible and makes it more comfortable to play sports.
